What is the difference between payment types?

Professional Payment (5% fee from sender) gives full buyer protection with a 7-day dispute window. Direct Payment (2.5% each side) is instant with no disputes. Donation/Tip (free for sender, 1% from receiver) is for tips and support — PRO users only.

What is the PRO plan?

What happens if a client files a chargeback?

For Professional Payments we encourage clients to first report through Sendly before going to their bank. We investigate disputes within 5 business days. Direct payments and tips are non-disputable.

Is my identity kept private?

Yes. Your real name is only used for KYC verification internally. Clients only see your display name. You can set any display name in Settings to stay completely anonymous.
